Obama Signs Updated Hate Crime Legislation to Include Homosexuals

President Obama signed the Matthew Shepard and James Byrd hate crimebill into legislation on Wednesday. While many states already havehate crime laws, this bill will also protect people based on sexualorientation, a victory in the eyes of many homosexuals.

Expanding federal hate crimes to include those victimized because ofgender, sexual orientation, and disability, the law also takes awaymany restrictions of when federal law enforcement can intervene andprosecute crimes.

Obama stated,

“No one in America should ever be afraid to walkdown the street holding the hands of the person they love. No one inAmerica should be forced to look over their shoulder because of whothey are, or because they live with a disability.”

Nails:

Colors that are in: Black, Brown, Maroon, Classic Red, and your favorite!

Clothes:

Fall Sweaters (Black, Red, Brown, Blue, Purple),

Funky Hats (try to be extra sassy with your picks)

Skirts (any kind that are long + short with tights or leggies)
